 OFLTA 2007-2008 Membership Dues
Note: If you are a Foreign Language Education Student or a New Teacher in your first year, please use the mail-in registration form.  We will need a supervisor's signature for your membership verification.

Complete the form in STEP 1 and click on submit.  When you submit STEP 1 information, you will get a confirmation message. Then click on return to the form and proceed to STEP 2.

STEP 2

Have your Visa or MasterCard ready.

Review the 5 choices for membership listed in the table below.

Select your choice for membership by clicking on the "Purchase" button in the appropriate box.

You will then enter a secure Net Catalog page. Review your transaction. If you would like to add a donation to OFLTA,  click on the back button in your browser to return to STEP 3.

STEP 3

If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation to Fund for the Future and/or Teacher Scholarship Fund, select the amount, and click on the "Purchase" button.

You will return to secure Net Catalog page.  If everything is correct, click "check out", and follow the directions on the screen.  (Fill out the information under Shipping Information. However, we will not ship anything, because you are just paying for membership!  Please list your home address in the shipping information. Your billing information will be the same as the shipping information, so check YES in the circle.) The Net Catalog is a secure site, so there is no danger of submitting your personal information.

OFLTA is an IRS 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization.  Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
$5.00 Donation
The Quantity represents multiples of $5.00 donations.  If you place a 2 in the Quantity box, you will be donating $10.00.  A 3 indicates $15.00, a 4 indicates $20.00, etc.  Thank you for your donation!
